Made by hand, on purpose.

Marrow started in 2016 as a single roaster in the back of a bike shop. Today it's a full café, but the habit hasn't changed: we cup every new lot before it goes on the menu, dial in espresso by hand each morning, and keep the space simple so the coffee doesn't have to compete with anything.

We work directly with a small group of growers and importers we trust, rotate our single-origin offering seasonally, and bake in-house daily — nothing trucked in frozen.
